We found it very disappointing after reading the great reviews about the food as the food wasn't cooked well at all. We asked to change to first floor and they would not do it for the first couple of days even though the hotel was only around 20 percent full. The only good thing about this hotel is the sun still shines outside. We went to the famous TV show pool and bar, which although it was too cold to sit by, was well kept.
