There was no problem updating another game.Most probably your PS4 hard drive needs maintenance. I have gone through all the steps with no luck. I’ve already tried restarting the system, and rebuilding the data base in safe mode. There is no way that my ps4 let me resume my suspended games without giving me this error.

If i buy an external harddrive will that solve the problem? Suddenly my playstation made weird noises whilst downloading the game, and then suddenly it just stopped, telling me that it cant download this game for what ever reason. It reads it and realizes what game it is but when it goes to copy application data at the very end of copying the application data it spazzes out and says Cannot Start the Application (CE-30005-8) then has an X over the loading bar on the home screen.. and if I delete application data from a game that works fine it does the same thing to that game too..This seems to be a symptom of a bad sector on the hard drive.
