In questo periodo non si può ancora cenare in terrazza ma se arrivate un po’ prima di cena approfittatene per sorseggiare un aperitivo guardando il paesaggio. È costoso quindi si adatta meglio a un'occasione speciale:)L'anno scorso ci siamo goduti il brunch della domenica e quest'anno abbiamo scoperto che quello che era già buono è stato ulteriormente aumentato ancora.

Una sfera di morbida meringa - come un'isola galleggiante - era riempita al centro con una crema al limone - come una crostata al limone - e servita su una deliziosa base di pasta raffinata e circondata da sottili fogli di meringa.
