Terminator: Dark Fate is a mixed bag and it isn't for everybody. in this final terminator film where sarah conner loses her son when he is killed by a termianator in his teens .the future has been changed ,but replaced by a new future enemy and a new R9 terminator robot skeleton and liquid body able two split into two terminators,the target a new girl Danielle (Dani) helped by a soldier from her future and joined by a now ageing terminator (schwarzennegar) and an ageing sarah conner.together they fight to destroy the new terminator .great special effects .2 hours + long.a final farewell from terminator 1 and sarah conner .9who no longer wishes to do anymore terminator films).RECOMMEND However the beginning does pretty much ruin everything and even more so if you enjoyed the Sarah Connor chronicles as a development from T2. This film is more of a cheap knock off, than state of the art film. Looking back, it's easy to understand why people could think it's an insult to the franchise, but I think that, for all its issues, it was made with love for it. This update, a slightly-AU piece-in-between: the arrangement – Waiting for Judgement Day, Sarah and Grace both know too much - and need a break from it. Action is superb. In my view they acknowledged that T2 changed the future and It needed to move on and did swiftly to tee up this instalment and new future.
Arrived in brisk time. It has the emotion, the action, the thrills, the stunts, the effects, the shocks and more. This one intense,stunning effects which you might expect,,fine chases and new additional timeline takes place after t2, offers the return of Linda Hamilton and of course Arnold getting on in years. Personally I don't see a problem with it, this Franchise needed a reset button and JC did play his part and did (with a little help) stop judgement day. By now it's no secret that Terminator: Dark Fate has bombed horrifically at the box office with an estimated worldwide take of around $240 million opposite a $190 million+ budget (not including marketing costs). By now, you've probably heard from many people that this movie is terrible. Trailer. Les fans de la franchise seront comblés de joie. A total disappointment.
Story not perfect but went with it and wasn’t disappointed. Decent dialogue with a string of some very funny lines. Back to the Future 2 did this masterfully, and I think Genisys did a nice job too.
